| Our teams: We rely on a network of independent consultants that have worked together on many different projects since the company began in 2005. This ensures that we can always be flexible and select teams that meet client needs rather than be forced to select in-house staff that are 'not busy'. What our teams do: A mix of leadership and technical roles, including a fair amount of trial and error, have directed us to the following guiding principles:
- Create work environments with open and easy-to-understand communication. - Encourage and take full advantage of team strengths, skills and knowledge. - Understand the fears and needs of stakeholders and act accordingly. - Worship the data – but always acknowledge and respect gaps and uncertainties. - Look out for ways to innovate and improve anything and everything. - Focus on outcomes (expected and unexpected) and move the project forwards. |
