Resettlement, social impact assessments, socioeconomic baseline studies,
stakeholder engagement and livelihood restoration
Our Approach

Our goal is to focus on practical
solutions that meet not only external
requirements such IFC Performance
Standards or ADB Safeguards, but
also internal corporate policies, and
desired social licenses to operate
(SLO).

We are highly data focused, and have
stringent data collection and
analytical methods for ensuring that
we do not fall into typical errors.

Our approach ensure that
project-affected-persons (PAPs) are
satisfied with their resettlement
packages, and reduces their stress
levels. This in turn reduces project
delays caused by PAP grievances.

Specific resettlement and social performance services include:

- Socioeconomic baseline surveys using advanced approaches for data collection and analysis to achieve high data reliability

- Stakeholder engagement using advanced behavioural science to improve communication and ensure project support

- Non-technical risk (NTR) assessments including frameworks for improved project planning and decision making

- Social Impact Assessments (SIAs)

- Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs)

- Livelihood restoration plans (LRPs) and implementation

- Strategies for achieving and maintaining social licences to operate (SLO)
